Pressure Washer Planning Tools
Two tools: the Pressure Washer Chooser is a table that suggests a power type and starting setup by cleaning job, and the Cleaning Units Calculator multiplies a washer's listed PSI by its GPM.
Pressure Washer Chooser
Not sure whether you need an electric, gas or cordless washer? The pressure washer chooser is a table by cleaning job.
Cleaning Units Calculator (PSI × GPM)
The cleaning units calculator multiplies the PSI and GPM you enter, from your washer's listing or manual, and can compare two machines side by side.
Pressure washer chooser. For each job it gives a suggested type and class of washer with an outdoor outlet and with no outlet, a starting nozzle by angle, and any accessory worth checking, with links to the matching picks and guides. The same page lists each manufacturer's pressure range by job, named, rather than one number of ours. It never names a product. For the thinking behind it, read how to choose a pressure washer.
Cleaning units calculator. It labels each result with the basis you choose (max, rated or as listed) and warns you when the two machines' figures don't share a basis. It uses only the numbers you type in. For what the numbers mean, read PSI vs GPM.
